Inspired by the legendary Tomita, the Lo-Fi Orchestra presents Mercury from Gustav Holst’s Planets Suite.
This video features the Arduino Multi Mozzi String Synth quite heavily with the Arduino PWM MIDI Synthesis with Mozzi for most of the quadruplet runs in the flutes. The Arduino MIDI VS1053 Synth gives us the harp and the Adafruit Feather MIDI, Music and LEDs the celeste.
This has been programmed in from scratch from the original orchestral score and the composer’s own arrangement for two pianos.
